For testing, you can choose either a patient or doctor account. Patient medical profile information can still be completed later.

Username *

Use letters, numbers, `.`, `_`, or `-`.

Email *

Used for account recovery, OAuth linkage, and clinical notifications.

Account Type *

Patient Can complete profile, answer questionnaires, and view reports. Doctor Can access the dashboard and review patient reports immediately.

Password *

At least 12 characters, including at least one letter and one digit.
